1. The service

Portfolio OS lets you create and publish a professional portfolio website, manage professional documents, and receive messages and recommendation requests from visitors.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

3. Your content and honesty

• You keep ownership of your content and grant us a licence to host and display it as you direct.
• You must not publish false qualifications, fabricated endorsements, or documents you are not authorised to issue.
• You must not impersonate any person or organisation, or claim that an institution has verified something it has not.
• Testimonials and recommendations must reflect the genuine words and consent of their authors.

4. Documents and verification

Verification confirms that a document was issued through Portfolio OS, its status, and file integrity. It does not certify the truth of statements made in a document or the authority of its issuer, and electronic signatures may not satisfy the formal requirements of every jurisdiction or document type.

5. Subscriptions

Paid features, prices and billing intervals are shown on the pricing page. No charge is made without your explicit authorisation. Access ends when a subscription expires; your content is retained so you can resume.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, harassing or deceptive content; no spam; no attempts to access other customers’ data or to disrupt the service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Issued documents are removed with your account and will no longer verify.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
